Armed with a degree in Computer Science from Sherubtse College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Canberra, 39-year old Aditya Sharma, a software engineer by profession for the last fifteen years, is a man of vision. He started out small but after eight years in Bhutan’s private software and services industry, his company has earned a reputation for consistently delivering quality work though he feels “there is much yet to be done”. A believer in excellence, he finds inspiration from companies such as Google, Facebook and Apple among others. He loves to read, travel and play sports. He’s married with two sons


Passionate about programming and gaming, 32-year old Kinley Nidup passed out from Royal Thimphu College with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications. He is a keen observer and learner, which equip him with the ability to solve problems. He wants to be “an extremely knowledgeable and competent” programmer and explore the vast world of programming at every given opportunity.


Often described as “brilliant” by his colleagues, Sangay Wangdi, 29, passed with distinction in his Bachelors in Computer Applications from Royal Thimphu College. He describes himself as a “team player who’s good at solving problems”. Seeing a finished software product after months of hard work serves as an inspiration for him. His hobbies include reading, watching movies & television, and developing mobile apps.


Jigme, 32, has a Diploma in Information Management System from the Royal Institute of Management. His passion is to learn and indeed, he has an aptitude for it. An online game enthusiast, his idols are Canadian video game executive, Jade Raymond, and Game Programmer, Corrine Yu. He hopes to be a renowned programmer some day.


Shakuntala, with a degree in Commerce, handles administration and accounting works of the company.


Karma, 34, has always been good at selling ideas, and his dream of using his talent optimally took concrete shape when he graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Royal Thimphu College after which he joined Chilliquest. He describes himself as a “good communicator” who can market the company’s products and services. He says he’s still learning the tricks of the trade but Chilliquest has developed in him the traits of hard work and sincerity.
