The project involves developing an accommodation standardization and classification system whereby all accommodation providers are standardized and classified into various categories based on various measurement parameters in order to cater to international visitors initially and locals as well in the future. This allows integrating the hotels with TCB and Hotel Association of Bhutan (HAB) so that everyone is able to keep track on tourists staying in each hotel. The system is accessible to the assigned TCB and HAB officials to enable them to check the tourist data at any time and also run a reference check on tourists in any hotel. The system also covers features such as accounting, reservation and booking, billing and more for daily operation of a hotel.
